In Hazlet, we want the complete satisfaction of our customer, that is the reason why you can return one or more items within 7 business days from the date of delivery and receive a refund according to the prize of the product. The refund will be processed in 15 business days from the date in which the product arrives at the Hazlet offices.

Shipping charges and taxes (if necessary) will be taken care of by Hazlet exclusively in the case that the return be in result of Hazlet´s error.

Shipping charges related to change of product, size or color will be charged to the Customer.

The return process is very simple, you just need to email us at the following address: info@hazlet.es and we will reply with an RMA code (Return Merchandise Authorization) and explaining carefully the steps to follow in the return process.

The conditions to return a product are:

• It cannot have been used and must be in the same perfect conditions in which it was received by the Customer;

• All of our products are accompanied with an identifying label and a disposable seal attached. We invite you to try out the product without removing the label nor the seal. Products returned without them will not be accepted;

• Shipments will only be accepted with the original packaging, and only if this is in the same perfect condition as that of the original shipment;

• All the labels and accessories (such as warrantee card) must be in their original place as when the package was received.

Remember: under no reason or circumstance will Hazlet accept returns that do not comply with these conditions.

In any case, Hazlet reserves the right to possibly apply a small 10% commission of the order´s full value (items + shipping) for the return of the items.

This commission will naturally not be applied if the return is due to an error of Hazlet's.
