Hazlet only sells products of excellent quality and from the best brands.

We offer total and absolute guarantee of the authenticity of our products. These are purchased only from authorized agents.

Hazlet offers a service intended only for the Final Consumer, to whom all of the products on sale on this website are targeted to. Final Customer can be defined as an individual who purchases the products with purposes other than business or professional activity.

Hazlet reserves the right not to fulfill orders from subjects other than the Final Consumer, or, in all cases, orders that do not comply with these Terms.

The items purchased must be paid at the moment of closing said purchase transaction by credit card, bank transfers, PayPal or Cash on delivery (with extra charge € 8,00 and deposit of 30%). There are no other payment types available.

We remind our new customers that their first order must rely on the revision of the credit card's issuing bank. Our bank will establish contact with the customer´s as to confirm their details before proceeding with the shipment.

This control could result in a few days delay in shipping their first order.

By purchasing in this site, the Customer's financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, and personal data) will be sent directly to the Bank in charge of the payment transaction (La Caixa, PayPal) through secure encryption protocol.

Neither Hazlet, nor any other subjects may have any access to such data.

The products sold and the manufacturing brands are carefully selected by rigorous quality control standards.

Nevertheless, Hazlet disclaims any liability in relation with the possibility that, due to particular computer configuration, or due to the malfunction of it, even temporal, the colors of the depicted product, or the visual characteristics and described features on this site, may result different from the originals.

The requirements to make a purchase order on this site are:

• To be at least 18 years of age;

• Posses the requirements to provide legally binding contract;

• Posses a valid email address;

• Be the credit card holder of the accepted banks (outlined in the payment page), or hold a checking account or a verified PayPal account;
  
  

The reception of the order by Hazlet online S.L. (hereinafter Hazlet), transmitted by the customer via electronic means, determines the conclusion of the Contract. By accepting the Contract, Hazlet agrees to ship to the client, the requested products, according to this terms and condition, with the exception of the right not to accept orders from subjects who do not offer enough solvency guarantee, those who do not enter into the above category of "Final Customer" or if, for whatever reason, the ordered products are not available for sale.

The Customer, by placing the order, accepts unconditionally and agrees to see through, in their relations with Hazlet all the, dispositions listed in these Conditions.

The shipment of the order, therefore, assumes full acknowledgement and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of these Conditions, and any other information gathered on all sections listed on this Site and/or referred to by hyperlinks.

The amount of the order will be debited from the Customer's Credit Card only when Hazlet has verified the availability of the product, and that the package would be ready for shipment.

For any matter not expressively regulated in these General Sales Conditions, please refer to the Spanish Law of Consumption.
